Folorunso (FLS) Aliu — Chair
Seasoned technology executive, business strategist, author, and mentor who currently serves as Group Chief Information Officer (GCIO) of Dangote Industries Limited. A graduate of Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University with an MBA from Lagos Business School, he rose through the ranks at Telnet Nigeria Limited to Group Managing Director before joining Dangote. He mentors young entrepreneurs through Ventures Platform and co-authored Vacancy — You Are Urgently Needed.
Bunmi Oyinsan, PhD — Executive Director
Nigerian-Canadian scholar, author, and pan-African cultural educator with over thirty years of experience in community programming, television production, and cultural education. Holds a PhD in Gender and Women's Studies from York University and is the author of A Ladder of Bones (Guernica Editions, 2025). Founder of Sankofa Pan African Series and Sankofastorybooks.com, whose digital education platforms has reached over 100,000 subscribers and 5.5 million views.
Soji Oyinsan — Member
Veteran documentary filmmaker and former Assistant Director of Programmes at the Nigerian Television Authority. Served as the Nigerian Producer of The Africans: A Triple Heritage, the landmark BBC/PBS/NTA documentary series, and trained at the Thomson Foundation in Scotland. Brings decades of experience in public broadcasting and documentary production across Africa and internationally.
Joke Silva, MFR — Member
One of West Africa's most celebrated actresses, a UN Goodwill Ambassador, and co-founder of the Lufodo Group. Chairs the Board of Trustees of the Centre for Contemporary Arts in Lagos and is a Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR). Founder and current president of Women in Film and TV Nigeria (FWIFT).
